Minions of Mirth - Halloween Raffle Contest Terms

This promotion is conducted exclusively by Prairie Games, Inc. and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of the listed products or retailers. Trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or domain names (including, without limitation, the individual names of products and retailers) are the property of their respective owners.

1. Entry. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter our "Halloween Raffle Contest" sign up at minions.prairiegames.com and play Minions of Mirth. The signup form can be found on the left side of the homepage. Limit one entry per household. Entry constitutes acceptance of all rules.

2. Eligibility. Halloween Raffle Contest is open to U.S. residents 13 years and older. Minors between the ages of 13 and 17 must first obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian in order to enter. If the prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian on the minor's behalf. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Only those entries that have registered a Minions of Mirth account and signed up for the drawing will be eligible. Employees and their relatives (by blood or marriage) of Prairie Games, Inc., Game Moderators (GM), members of the Community Development Group, and affiliates of Prairie Games, Inc. are not eligible. Halloween Contest drawing will be held on October 31, 2007.

3. Prizes and Odds of Winning. One of the following prizes will be awarded to one of four winners selected in a random drawing from all elibible entries at the time of the drawing. First Place prize: Xbox 360 Elite; Second Place prize: Sony PS3; Third Place prize: Nintendo DS; Fourth Place prize: Sony PSP. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, nor redeemable for cash. Odds of winning depend on total number of entries and raffle tickets awarded at time of drawing. A raffle ticket is awarded for every new primary, secondary, and tertiary level gained per account during the contest. The maximum available raffle tickets available per Free Edition account is 21. 4. Notification. Prize winners will be notified by e-mail at the email address indicated in their contest entry. Prairie Games, Inc. is not responsible for any late or misdirected award notices or responses. Winner must respond to winner notification email by November 15, 2007 or a new name will be drawn.

5. Additional Rules. By participating in the Halloween Raffle Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and release and hold Prairie Games, Inc. and their directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from any and all liability or injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this sweepstakes or the prize(s) won. Limit one prize award per household. Decisions of Prairie Games, Inc. are final in all matters.
