A full refund will be granted within 30 days of purchase for:
* Duplicate Purchases
* Billing Errors
If you have a duplicate charge or feel you have been charged incorrectly, please email support@prairiegames.com
We apologize that Prairie Games cannot offer refunds for:
* Software that has a free demo version.
* Changes introduced in game patches.
* Multiplayer connectivity issues.
* Any item 30 days after the purchase date for any reason.
Refunds are given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
