Description: Consumed with sheer hate for the living, Rtharo the Plaguebringer lay siege upon the city of Trinst. All that kept him from victory was the wandering wizard Ouxu Fekrum. In an epic thaumaturgic battle Ouxu defeated Rtharo, or so it seemed. Over the last century and a half, Rtharo's spirit has been recouping strength, biding time until he could strike again and wreak his dreadful desires upon the world.
